Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Subscription Dashboard collects, why, and what you can do about it. Subscription Dashboard is operated by Adop Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16115314) with its registered office at Orion House, Office 769, Bessemer Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1HH, United Kingdom. Adop Studios Ltd is the data controller for the information described below.
If you disagree with anything here, please stop using the app and delete your account using the instructions in section 7.
1What we collect

We do not collect: payment card details, bank credentials, or login details for any of the services you track. Subscription Dashboard never connects to your bank or to the subscription providers themselves. The amounts you see are the ones you typed in.
The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking software.
2Why we use it
- To run your account. Authentication data lets you sign in and keeps your records tied to you and nobody else.
- To store and sync your data. Your subscription records are saved so they persist between sessions and across your devices.
- To keep the service working and secure. Technical data helps us diagnose failures, detect abuse, and prevent unauthorised access.
- To reach you when necessary. We may email you about security issues, service changes, or account problems. We do not send marketing email.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling.
3Legal basis
We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and under the EU GDPR for users in the European Economic Area. We rely on performance of a contract for account and subscription data — without it the app cannot function — and on legitimate interests for the technical data we use to keep the service secure and reliable. Where we ask for your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
4Who else handles your data
We use Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, provided by Google LLC and Google Cloud) as our backend. Google processes your data on our instructions as a service provider and does not use it for its own purposes. Google's practices are described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
Beyond Google, we do not share your data with anyone, except where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid court order or lawful request from a public authority.
5Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States (us-central1). This may mean your information is transferred outside your country of residence. Where data leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as incorporated into Google's data processing terms.
6How long we keep it
Account and subscription data is kept for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, the associated records are removed from our production database within 30 days. Backups are cycled out within 90 days. Server logs containing technical data are retained for 90 days.
7Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
From inside the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your authentication record and all subscription data you have entered.
By request
Email support@subscriptiondashboard.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore records once they are removed, so export or note anything you want to keep first.
8Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, you may instead complain to your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@subscriptiondashboard.com. We respond within 30 days.
9Security
Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections and is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud. Access rules on our database restrict each account to its own records. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10Children
Subscription Dashboard is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. For changes that materially affect how we handle your data, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
